Loved Dr. Braunel! She explained everything about my vision and my new prescription. Highly recommend her. The staff at Pearle Vision is fabulous. All the ladies are extremely knowledgeable about all the frames. They knew exactly what would look good on me and what wouldn't work for me. The staff was so much fun helping me pick out my new glasses. I can't wait to get them.
Will definitely go back for future exams!! Staff was super helpful especially when it came to picking out my frames. The Dr was really thorough when it came to explaining my prescription and just my eyes in general. I was so happy walking out after my appointment. Very happy first time customer. I setup an appointment online in seconds, had exam 2 hrs later, and a new RX on order in minutes. Incredible service and great experience. The entire Pearle experience was done before I could even get a call back from my previous optician. Pearle Mosinee is amazing!
The staff at the front desk and the technician were wonderful! Dr. Braunel is amazing and she always takes the time to answer any questions I have.
I had a great exam! It was easy and used the newest tech, etc. to assess my eye health. The Dr. Braunel really listened to my concerns about bifocals and difficulty reading computer screens (and piano music for my job) and wrote me 2 different prescriptions, not pressing me to pick out frames specifically from them for either of the prescriptions. But they all let me take my time as I tried to decide on frames. They were very friendly and 3 different people helped me pick out my new frames when I had trouble deciding. The facility itself is a new building, open and airy with state of the art equipment. A very pleasant appointment, people and office.
