We were so impressed with the service and their willingness to go above and beyond to help a traveling family in need! Our son’s contact had gotten damaged shortly after we left for vacation and he had forgotten to pack an extra pair. We called Pearle Vision and not only were they incredibly understanding but they were able to set us up with another pair of contacts so our son could enjoy his vacation without damaged contact! We were able to handle almost everything over the phone and they had the contacts all ready as soon as we got into town! They are fantastic and we couldn’t be more grateful!

10/10 experience! Every employee was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. They were honest about how different frames looked on me and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy and confident with my choice. I brought in my own frames, and they were able to fit my new lenses into them in just one hour. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent service!

I had an excellent experience at this provision. It was the most thorough eye exam I have had and that gave me confidence. The staff was very helpful to me picking out two frames. I'm so happy with my new glasses they feel great work great and look great.

I was a customer of this practice for approximately three years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has led me to take my business elsewhere. After my eye exam, I attempted to pay my balance with a credit card. I was informed by the front desk that the transaction had not gone through, so I paid with a different credit card. A few days later, I discovered that both credit cards had been charged for the same visit. I contacted the office and was advised to come in so the matter could be reviewed. During my visit, I politely explained the situation and requested that the charges be verified. I was disappointed that my concerns did not appear to be thoroughly investigated, and I left feeling that my explanation was not taken seriously. Since the issue was not resolved at the office, I am disputing the duplicate charge with my credit card company. Beyond the billing issue, I was disappointed by what I perceived as a lack of empathy, professionalism, and customer service during the interaction. As a longtime customer, I expected my concern to be handled with courtesy, respect, and a willingness to review the transaction carefully. Based on my experience, I have noticed a decline in the level of customer service over the years. Regrettably, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice based on how this situation was handled.
