I had a fantastic experience at Pearle Vision located at the Naval Station Norfolk-NEX!!! They have an excellent staff. Ms. Cindy Wade helped me tremendously. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She took time to make sure my new glasses fit comfortably, and the ordering process was a smooth process. Highly recommend!!!!
My experience with Pearl Vision was pretty good. All of the ladies that were working there were pretty friendly. I primarily worked with Cindy and she was great! She got me hooked up with some prescription glasses with the transitions and all that good stuff as well as a prescription for my riding glasses. So I was pleased with the service. Best experience ever because of Cindy! She was so patient with my 89 year old mom. Her knowledge and professional approach was hands down the best experience ever for myself and my mom! Cindy deserves a promotion Pearl Vision! She’s needs to be in charge of all customer service. She’s excellent!
Cindy’s customer service was above and beyond! I dread going in to get glasses annually but Cindy’s impeccable client engagement skills made it worth my while. Her extensive knowledge, patience, and dedication to her craft turned my usually anxious experience in to a pleasurable one. This is by far the best Pearle Vision location that I have ever been to! I will be returning the next time I’m in need of eyewear.
