I can’t say enough good things about Oearl Cision and how well they took care of me. i had an eye issue and never knew it. thanks to Dr Shannon Zollinger she help me get well. If you want a doctor who actually cares then this is the place for you! i can not recommend any harder to go here. Thank you Dr Zollinger for everything you did for me and continue to do. Dr Zollinger is very thorough and personable. I had the best eye exam ever. Her staff is very kind and helpful. When my exam was over I felt like Dr Z cared and was genuinely concerned about my sight. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision location at the Greene.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This was my first time seeing Dr. Zollinger and I was thoroughly impressed. She is very thorough in her exam process. Extremely pleased with the entire appointment.
The front desk person was so patient with me and my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal I could get for my contacts. I wish I’d asked her name. She was exceptionally helpful.
I'm more annoyed than anything. I had an appointment here and I accidentally started heading to the wrong Beavercreek location (long story, but short of it - my first appointment was at the other location), which made me arrive to my second, already rescheduled, appointment at 3:51pm instead of at my appointment time of 3:40pm. Mind you I was driving and couldn't search for a number to call and had to find a parking spot in the busy area of the Greene mall, so I was understandably 1 minute late. She refused to take me for my appointment and requested I reschedule. Polite for sure but irritating! I took off work early. Did the long process of paperwork yesterday, and it was 1 minute past the 10 minute grace time frame. Seemed a bit extra to me even if I was late. I won't be coming back to that location. If you choose to go here - make sure you're heading to the right one and give yourself more time then you think you need.
