Called in to see if store had replacement nose pieces for my metal framed glasses. Spoke with Kenny G. Who was helpful and informative. He said the store had what I needed and gave me the store hours. When I came in, I met with Kenny and he quickly repaired my glasses and got me on my way. Very good service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR GLASSES, CONTACTS OR EYE EXAMS!!! Second strike for this Pearl Vision. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. Since this location changed hands the service has been terrible. A year ago I came in for an annual eye exam and to buy new glasses. I found a new pair of glasses and placed an order for them along with another pair of lenses for an existing frame I had. After waiting well over a month and with multiple staff just blaming the new process and place that the lenses were being made at I met with the store manager Danielle who did end up refunding me my $1600. I then had to go elsewhere to get my scrip done and my glasses. I also said I would give them another try. So now a year later I come in to have my eyes checked and a contact fitting. Met with Dr Alder and she sent me home with two different script contacts to try. One of the contacts was bad and didn’t sit right so I called the store and asked if I could just come grab another trial lens to replace the bad one. They tell me I need to make an appointment and come in to see the Dr. however, Dr Alder said to me when leaving that if I had any questions to drop an email so I took the route to drop her an email. Two weeks go by and 5 emails sent and not one reply. So at this point I’m let’s say frustrated and call in and speak to KENNY. He knows I’m pissed off and tells me that I don’t know who you spoke with before but I will take care of this and call you back. A day goes by and KENNY never calls me and I call back and he gets Dr Alder to call me. So first thing is that KENNY didn’t take care of this or call me back to inform me. So I speak to Dr Adler and she puts the blame on a temporary person she had working for her and was supposed to be checking her emails. She also said she had the lens I needed and would leave it at the front desk for me to just swing in to pick up. Seems simple enough even though I’ve been waiting two weeks to do this simple thing. Today I stop by to pick up my lens and was greeted by KENNY who asks me to wait while he finished up with a client. I waited about 5 minutes and then he looked for the lens and guess what nothing there. So the Dr didn’t have the lens in a place for me to pick up. KENNY was unfriendly and never apologized for not doing what he said and that was to follow up with me after he took my call. And then he tells me to my face that he did take care of it and said to the Dr you need to call me. Typical worker with poor customer follow up skills looking to pass the blame for his inability to be true to his word and just call me back. Their ability to have an order filled on glasses in a timely manner isn’t good. I don’t know what their problems are but I do know one thing and this I would not waste your time going here. Lots of other places to go to that may actually want your business.

Very frustrating experience here… got fitted for contacts and when I mentioned my prescription was a big difference from last years prescription (with a different eye doctor elsewhere) the doctor re-evaluated and then corrected the prescription to what my correct prescription should have been. When I came back in 2 weeks for my follow up appointment I learned my appointment was never actually scheduled despite scheduling it with the front desk before I left. The doctor squeezed me in which was great. However then when it came time to ordering the contact lenses I pointed out the prescription was incorrect. They stated they would order the correct prescription and they would call me in 2 weeks to pick up the prescription. Numerous calls, voicemails, texts unanswered as to the update on the order. 2.5 weeks later the prescription finally came in, sure enough, the wrong prescription. They apologized and stated they would put a “rush order” on the contacts for the correct prescription this time and they would be here in a week (not sure how a week is even remotely close to rush order) I asked them to just cancel and refund my money. They stated they couldn’t as they already “invested in these” invested my money?? Fine, I said that’s fine and went on my way. It has now been 13 days with no call, no communication whatsoever from them. I needed my prescription as it has been now over 1 month from when I placed the original order so I ordered with 1-800 contacts. Funny enough it took 3 business days to get my new contacts on “standard shipping”. I still have not gotten a refund nor heard from them. Overall a very frustrating experience. I feel as though I was very patient throughout the process despite numerous mess ups, however at this point I am very frustrated as it’s been over a month that I have no contacts and now have had to place a secondary order elsewhere while not receiving a refund from Pearle.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Pearle vision toda! Dr. Adler- she is very attentive, kind and professional. The other staff David and Kenny, who helped me with my pre-exam and then with all the paperwork afterwards also very very nice. Just really appreciate everyone in this office, for making my first time visit with them a great experience! I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this eye doctor. I also witnessed that even though they were quite busy, the staff was very attentive with each patient and doing everything that they could do in the moment. When offices get backed up we definitely all work on our patience muscles. 💪🏼

I went to pearl vision center to ask if they could sell me a missing nose piece from a pair of prescription sun glasses that I purchased there. Mr. Kenny G. Said he could not sell me that piece but had a spare and would repair it free of charge. In today's society where there is up-charge after up-charge. Where you can't buy a plane ticket anymore without an up-charge for a seat to sit in and a bag of clothes,. It is extremely refreshing to see a company policy demonstrating a commitment to customer service and a desire to improve their customer experience and not detract from it. It may not ring the register for a .50 piece of rubber but it will certainly retain a customer for the future, which will almost guarantee additional eyewear purchases of far greater magnitude. Someone in Pearl Vision leadership is obviously thinking about long term financial sustainability and not just short term profits.
