Pearle Vision – Odessa

I love shopping for glasses, especially when they have a variety. This store has a variety of frames and brands. Mrs. Isha was very helpful and I was welcomed as soon as stepping in the door. I appreciate all the help and information. The ladies work very hard to accommodate every customer and their need. They do accept various insurance companies but I do suggest calling to make sure they accept it.

I have nothing but good things to say about the demeanor of the staff here. Jen is very approachable and welcoming. She worked quickly to get me ready for my appointment. It was a quick and clear process. She’s also just nice to speak with when waiting or in the middle of some similar downtime during the services. I found Dr. Hartsfield to be a gentle, warm and empathetic person. She took the time to explain her results and their implications so I could feel calmer about them. She also explained how they’d watch for any changes in future evaluations. She valued my concern by working on immediately starting the process to get my previous results pulled from another practice. I appreciate her priorities and compassion. Collin helped me greatly by adjusting the frame on my old glasses so I wouldn’t get headaches anymore. Then he helped me find a new pair I’d feel more confident wearing. He really did listen as I described what I was looking for and what I was unsure about. He was also super patient about helping me work through the many options he helped me choose. It’s always a nerve wracking process for me, but he turned into a calm, enjoyable one instead. He helped me pick my most favorite pair of glasses I’ve ever worn. I’m definitely choosing this locations as my go-to going forward. I’m glad I gave it a shot.

Absolutely amazing experience at Pearle Vision Odessa! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and so helpful. The girls who helped me with my glasses were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process fun and stress-free. And the eye doctor, Dr Abdulgabbar —truly outstanding! Professional, kind, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable. From start to finish, everything was smooth and top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great care and an awesome team! ( today was the 2nd time visiting this location )

Dr. A at the Odessa store (Capstone Eye Associates) was AMAZING. My husband is a difficult person to help as he has a hard time expressing what he wants to say but she was so patient and understanding. Walked him through every step without rushing him or making him feel uncomfortable. The staff there is friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Not great with insurance information or accommodating changes. I spoke with the office a week before my appointment regarding my insurance and the payments needed for my visit. I was told a certain amount, however when I got to the office I was told a different amount and that they just learned the change that morning. When I expressed that I was only financially prepared for what I was told, they were quite dismissive of me. The way the situation was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. The place is beautiful with a seemingly great selection of glasses, but that initial interaction has turned me away. This was frustrating since my whole reason for contacting the office about payment is because my insurance does not provide that information on their virtual card or when you call in for benefits.
