I don’t usually write reviews unless they’re truly deserved, but I had to share my experience after my eye exam with Dr Junidi today. He was extremely thorough and took the time to ask about my family health history, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed during the appointment. He explained each test clearly and made sure I understood what was being done and why. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. I highly recommend him!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt the need to share my experience. I’ll be taking my eyeglass/contact services elsewhere after almost a decade. The last time I ordered contacts to my house, they were sent to the store and after 1.5 months someone finally called to let me know. Figured it was just a clerical error, so I gave them another chance. This time when I asked for them to be delivered to my house, they said that isn’t an option (odd, because I’ve been doing this for years). Okay, fine. Can someone let me know when they arrive? He said it would take 3-4 weeks, but I’d get a text when it arrives. I waited for 4 weeks before calling. Apparently the contacts arrived 3 days after I placed the order. They said a text was sent, the only text I have was from contacts a year ago (confirming I am in the system) and then a text when I called earlier in the day and they missed my call (they sent a text letting me know someone would call me back; spoiler alert: no return call was ever attempted).

My husband got his first pair of glasses yesterday! And I just had to say what a great experience it was!! The customer service here was amazing. Timothy made it such a pleasant experience. We chatted and helped my husband decide when he was so indecisive. Timothy's patience and understanding was so appreciated! Especially after my husband changed his mind 5 minutes after we left the store! Everyone seemed very nice but if you want someone who seems to genuinely care and take an interest, ask for Timothy!

I brought my 5 year old in for an eye exam. Everyone from the front desk to the exam room were awesome and made the experience so easy for my daughter. Dr. B is very thorough. I couldn’t be more appreciative for the overall quality service we received.

I've always had a good experience at this location (have been going to this location for approximately five years). Everyone at this location has always been extremely nice! Shootout to Vanessa who helped my husband pick out frames for the first time when we were there last. She was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and offered great advice!
