The nurses, techs, and doctors at Baylor have shown extraordinary compassion and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. The nurses were attentive and reassuring, always taking the time to explain what was happening and making sure I felt comfortable. The techs were skilled, gentle, and efficient, bringing a sense of calm to every procedure. And the doctors—knowledgeable, thorough, and truly invested in my care—made me feel confident and supported throughout my entire experience. This team doesn’t just provide medical care; they provide humanity. Their dedication made a difficult time easier, and I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received. Thank you Pamela in the ER for taking care of me as if I was family. Thank you, Bailey, Gloria and Kayla for taking awesome care of me when I was admitted.

I had a wonderful experience giving birth to my first baby at this hospital. The staff was very attentive, kind, and professional throughout my stay. I was treated with respect and felt well cared for every step of the way. They made such an important moment in my life much more comfortable and reassuring. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone expecting a baby. 10/10 experience!
From Free Parking at the Hospital's Front Entrance to walking out the door--things went smoothly. The Valet was great! I enjoyed our short chat about our cars (same make and year). The Lady at the Front Desk took my information, then guided me to a separate enclosed office where I was Admitted. There was a rather long wait in the large, comfortable waiting Area. A Nurse's Assistance came to guide me to the room where the Procedure would take place. I was given a Gown and asked to lie on a comfortable "gurney". There, the NP (who already was versed about my earlier MRI) located the same area which now was going to be Biopsied. She did a prolonged Untra-scan to locate the area exactly! When the Doctor came into the room, he was able exactly to take the Biopsies. Each step was clearly explained--then accomplished. All the while, the Nurse's Assistant was gently patting my shoulder--to calm any fears which I might have had. The Procedure went well, The Doctor even showed me one of the Biopsied Samples--VERY interesting. During the process, he and we conversed from time to time--the time passed quickly--then I was ready to go--bandage in place. The Nurse's Assistance guided me back to the Lobby and it was time to collect my car and leave. I made certain to thank each person who was part of this combined experience.
1.5 years ago I brought my son here because he was crying and curled up in pain. We didn’t know it yet but his entire digestive system has stopped moving due to Ecoli poisoning. This hospital was our first stop because we live so close… and I’ll never be back. They gave my son morphine and sent us HOME because they couldn’t find anything wrong… and then proceeded to send me a bill for $8000. We ended up at children’s Plano when the pain came back… and the GI specialists there ended up saving his life. It could have killed him. These doctors were neglectful for sending us home instead of to a children’s hospital where he could be properly treated.
Straight off the top I wouldn’t recommend being admitted to this hospital if you can help it. Although there were a few good doctors nurses and patient care techs, overall I would have rather gone to presbyterian in Dallas. Some tech practice bad sanitary during procedures like forgetting to use alcohol swipes on the finger before and after finger sticks for blood sugar, lacking bedside manners like continuing to call me “girl” (and I over 50 years old) while proceeding to tell me you are a “redkneck”. Now it made sense. A nurse totally forgetting to remove a syringe from my IV line, in which I didn’t receive the medicine because my bed was wet and the plunger for the syringe was in my bed. I don’t know if that was accidental or on purpose not to give me my pain medicine. Finally several doctors pressuring me and arguing with me to get a PICC line before discharging when the two cultures and MRI did not detect infection or bone infection. I was very stressed out for those five days that my hair began to fall out and I was in fear of my wellbeing. The patient advocate representative and charge nurse in which I place my concerns seem to be angry at me for having concerns or complaints. I will never go back to Lake Point and do not recommend this hospital for my family, friends or enemy. Also there is a language barrier with some of the staff. I do want to commend some staff like Mercy, Lizbeth, Sharon, Shakira ?, and the young lady Lizbeth who assisted me in showering and change my bed linen the first and only time durning my stay. The wound care Nurse and doctor. I did hand write a few l letters l, commending these ladies and gentlemen and I hope they received an award for their services.
