I’ve cancelled my appointment, yet I still received a bill. I’m happy to pay it, but the lack of modern payment options is incredibly frustrating. In 2026, it’s unbelievable that there is no way to pay online. They expect you to either mail a physical check or call them during business hours. Seriously, it’s time to invest in a basic online payment system. It would save everyone a lot of time.
I'm a patient of Dr. Vinca and Dr. Huang at this office. Dr. Vinca is the most skilled surgeon and Ophthalmologist in the bay area hands down and Dr. Huang is the best optometrist that you could ever have. They are very knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and deeply care about their patients. I should also note that the staff are very helpful, kind, and positive too.
Two years ago, my vision suddenly declined. After a thorough examination and diagnosis by Dr. Drinnan, MD, and the team at Peninsula Eye Physicians, I was diagnosed with cataracts and underwent surgery. My eyesight has since fully recovered and remains excellent. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Drinnan and the entire clinic team for helping me see the colorful world clearly again. P. E. P is an amazing clinic, ran by very passionate and driven professionals that are fully prepared to help you. I can say this for sure because of the care and how that care in conveyed. A smile for greeting, soft and compassionate tones to welcome you and to ask what you need assistance with or whom you are here to see today. People these days do not understand that tone of voice is one of the most important aspects to feel welcomed in a space where maybe your not familiar with or simply put, maybe you are just scared of what is to come when you do get that eye exam. They have a great selection of frames from different brands as well. And will be able to style you properly too.
