I want to express my sincere appreciation for the superb level of customer service provided by Mariah (at the Kennesaw location) She was very warm and friendly while serving me with the spirit of excellence! She is very informative, gives very comprehensive explanations pertaining to insurance coverage and Pearle Visions products. Her experience stood out in a very striking way. Further, she exhibits genuine concern for her customers. It was truly refreshing to witness / benefit from such professionalism and courtesy from the time I arrived until I made my purchase.

I had recently broke my glasses and stopped by to see if Pearle does repairs on glasses. Micailah was working and was able to fix them quickly at no charge. The customer service was so good I will be coming in to get new glasses soon.

I love Dr. Hixon! She is so attentive, compassionate, and very thorough. She has the best personality. I've been seeing her for about 4 years now and she is one of the main reasons I drive all the way to Town Center for my exams. She knows her job!! I love the front desk assistant as well. The other reason is that I love Pearl Visions lenses. They're the thinnest and clearest of all the optometry practices I've ever been to. Well worth the price. This time I was taken care of by Ashton. He gave excellent customer service! He would apologize for any wait time or interruptions while writing up my order. All the staff were new this time. I really felt a difference in service today. Very positive vibes.

I brought in a broken pair of glasses yesterday that I bought 5 years ago from Pearl, and Miss Andrea went above and beyond to fix them. Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. Ms Andrea repaired my glasses professionally and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the service and actually impressed. I will be returning to Pearle vision at Town center next month to buy my new glasses. Thank you so much Miss Andrea.

Mairah was amazing! She helped my son find the perfect pair of glasses very quickly. She was so friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process.
