Petelin Vision - McCormick

I met Dr. Shifrin at the McCormick office on Hayden for the first time. He and the staff at Petelin Vision were incredibly kind, attentive and efficient! The optician was very helpful picking out the perfect and affordable eyeglasses and I got them in just 4 days! I’m very grateful to have found my new home for eye care.

Thank you so much for taking great care of me. Ted R. walked me through each test that I had to do and carefully explained the procedures. He made me feel so comfortable. Ted helped me during my last visit and I was so glad to see his welcoming face this time. I didn’t express it to anyone, but I was so nervous leading up to this appointment worried about whether I’d be losing my vision soon. I’m a baker/cookbook collector and I didn’t know what I’d do. So having Ted to talk to made all of the difference. Dr. Shiffrin and his team made me feel at ease, thoroughly answered my questions, and I know for sure that I’m in great hands for monitoring and follow up going forward. Thank you all.

Dr. Zimmerman was excellent. The surgery went so smoothly and with the anesthesia used in my I.V., I was very calm and not at all anxious. I have one more eye to go. Dr. Schifrin was so nice and gave me a lot of information on my surgical follow up exams. The office is neat and clean, and everyone is very friendly. Thank you for this great medical outcome. I have just had the most frustrating day of terrible customer service with multiple companies in several aspects of my day. So imagine how delighted I was to make a call to Petelin vision and to have the pleasure of speaking with Natalie to handle some eye care needs. She was just so pleasant, kind and professional. Her lovely spirit just ratcheted down the irritation of my day and put a smile on my face again. She worked with me to get my Insurance and paperwork set up. She helped me find an appointment time that was best for my needs. She was absolutely delightful and could not have been a better representative for the Petelin organization. I haven’t come across a customer service assistant like that in a really long time. I hope that somebody will put this in Natalie’s file so that when review time comes, she will get an extra perk. I’m just tired of only hearing the negative in this life. We really should be pointing out and rewarding positive experiences in our paths.when we see them. Great job Natalie!
