Phifer Eye Associates

I had my first visit at Phifer Eye yesterday and was totally impressed. The entire staff from the receptionist to the assistant to Dr. Phifer (son) were friendly, courteous and professional. They listened to concerns I had with my previous contacts and gave me some trial contacts to make certain they were perfect before I ordered. I chose to come to this practice because I saw they had such a large number of 5 star Google reviews. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Great visit!

A truly relaxing and most comfortable appointment. Greeted very friendly from the two young ladies at front desk. The young optometrist was outstanding, great personality, highly intelligent, made suggestions and let you make the final decision. Young lady who fitted my glasses was most helpful, picked out several pairs and suggested the perfect one. Highly recommended for an excellent experience. Thank you

Dr. John B. Phifer and his staff are wonderful! I had the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Phifer took plenty of time with me and explained many things I had never heard before. It was a great experience in every way!

Absolutely 😎 first & foremost the 2 queens that run the place are extravagant and wonderful individuals who do much more than just check eyes. They make you feel invited and warm. My entire experience with them was "cherries on top w/ the sprinkles". We laughed and joked and when it was time for business they knew how to gain control of the situation so they could provide excellent and accurate service. As for Dr. Phifer... Hmm, nah I'm playing. He was great from start to finish and he did something that the other eye place I went to didn't do which mattered to me. Dr phifer treated me like a person and not a patient or an avenue for money. I appreciated that and we also laughed and shared some familiarities. All in all Phifer eye is without a doubt TOP NOTCH. I will be back to pick up my new coke bottles in about a week and as far as I'm concerned Phifer Eye will be handling ALL of my eye situations. Sincerely Akim Lockwood

Wonderful experience! The three "A"s in healthcare Availability, Affability, and Ability. The saying is "pick two" At Phifer you get all three. Dr Phifer was very skilled (Ability), took the time to listen and explain (Affability), and an appointment was a week out. If they don't accept your insurance trust me on this...paying out of pocket is well worth it! This is healthcare at it's best.
