Amazing staff, as always!! The beautiful ladies at the front have been taking care of myself and both daughter’s eyeglass needs for years, ever since they were little.(both daughters are now in their 20s!!)They’re always so attentive and sweet and very helpful. They explain all “extra” elective charges that may not be covered by insurance and they explain very thoroughly. Even the doctor is amazing!! He’s a cute little old man and he definitely knows his stuff!! He also explains things very thoroughly, in “plain English”, so the average person can understand. All around, always a great experience when we go there. We will continue to go there for all of our eyecare needs.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was a walk in but was treated like a longtime friend or patient. The Dr. Who did my exam was great and informative!!! I can't wait to go back

Customer service and eye exam was great aside from needing nearly a bifocal prescription but was told by the blond woman at the front that I can’t pick up my prescription for another week, but they’re billing my insurance today. Never ever heard of allowing a patient who needs an eyeglass prescription made to leave the office with no prescription. I’m sure I won’t be returning accept for my prescription which I was told to wait a week to receive. Smh
