My insurance shows in-network. Call, setup appointment, they confirm in-network and appointment set. Day of appointment arrives and I have to use time off from work for appointment. Arrive and fill out the history to have the employee say the wrong Employer name and that shows not in-network. Leave and call my insurer which they report they have them in-network and likely something was entered wrong on their end. The employee mentioned when I was there that a gentleman ahead of me had the same problem. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

Awesome guy and a great Doctor. I was having trouble seeing for a few days and yesterday it was getting worse so I stopped by to see if he could see me, and he was seeing his last patient for the day, but after hearing my symptoms he squeezed me in and thank God he did, because if it had gone one more day I could have been blind in my one good eye, because of pressure being high. He sent me to Palmetto Eye in Boiling Springs to make sure that it wasn't worse than he thought and they were able to get it back under control with some eye drops. He is now my eye doctor for life. Thanks again for seeing me and keeping me from going blind. If you need an eye doctor or are having problems with your vision, he is the best.

I have taken my grandson to Dr Joe for years and always been satisfied. I recommended him to a friend and took her to get her eye exam. Apparently there was confusion on her insurance and we were trying to figure it out and then Dr Joe asked why we were still there in a way that made me feel like he was running us out of his office. Sorry for the confusion Dr Joe but I won't be back.

Very friendly atmosphere. Dr. DiPasqua is nice and to the point. That's a great characteristic in a doctor. And he's a funny man, that makes for a good visit. Thanks for taking very care of my wife and my eyes!

Dr. DiPasqua is awesome. He does a very thorough examination and has always makes me feel like the only person that matters. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend him.
