So happy I found Pioneer Vision! Dr. McDowell provided a thorough exam and listened with care to my concerns and questions. I have bought multiple glasses and love the variety of styles this practice carries. So many fun choices. And don’t forget Loui the office manager! He greets you with a smile and an eager wag of his tail. So cute! Thank you for the great experience!
Professional and caring doctors work in this eye center, it’s easy to get an appointment, flexible hours, great choice of eyeglasses and frames. Very friendly and polite staff! Comfortable location in Round Rock with parking place in front of the door. My son and me had a positive and pleasant experience. Absolutely recommended!
From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Fell is incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The office staff was friendly and professional, and the Opticians went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit and style for my first pair of glasses. As a fun bonus, their adorable office dog, Louie, adds a unique and cheerful touch to each visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and service in or near the Round Rock area. 5 stars!
Pioneer Vision provided excellent care from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Dr. Fell took his time to explain everything that was changing with my vision. Family-friendly and time-sensitive, my appointment was at 2 PM, and that’s precisely when they started my exam. Highly recommend Pioneer Vision for anyone looking for quality vision care. Ask to see Louie.
We love the service we receive from Pioneer Vision; everyone in the office is so kind and accommodating. I also love the glasses selection. I have purchased several different styles, and I love them all.
