My first visit with Dr. Poolsaad today and I was very happy with the experience. His staff is kind, professional, and competent. The office is clean and well-equipped. Every step of the exam was explained to me and I appreciate the time Dr. Poolsaad took to carefully listen to my lengthy vision health history! He was thorough, friendly, and easy to talk to. The office has a nice selection of glasses frames and I found several that I liked (but only picked out one!). Highly recommend Poolsaad Family Vision Optometry!

Always a great experience! The entire team is accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. All of the doctors are amazing—they take their time with every patient, are very thorough, and make you feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

My wife and I have been getting our eye exams and eyewear from Dr. Poolsaad’s office for a number of years. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and has a great demeanor. His staff members are also very professional and pleasant, and we have always been able find frames we like from his showroom. The only inconvenience we had was parking, which was eliminated a couple of years ago when he moved into his new private office which has its own private parking in the rear. We highly recommend his practice.

I’m glad i found this Clinic,Staff are nice. I’m a new patient here, i was able to get an appointment as early as i wanted, and went in today it was less wait time which is liked. Doctor Poolsaad is very kind, knowledgeable, very professional, very thorough. Yes i would highly recommend this clinic!!!!
