These guys identified and repaired my torn retina with two laser procedures after another provider told me it wasnt torn. It was a simple and relatively painless procedure They quickly scheduled me into an already busy schedule to prevent me from potentially losing my sight. I am forever grateful to get my eye back to 20/20. Job well done.

I’ve been going to Prarie for few yrs now and why I keep going back to Retinal department is I like the Dr there!! Dr Becker who is a traveler is exceptional!! He is thorough and I like his bedside manner, that’s more than I can say for other Drs there!! Dr Becker I’m here as long as you are!! When I found out Dr Raj was leaving I considered leaving and when the unmannerly dr greeted me at desk I thought right then that I would go to another eye specialist, but she said that Dr Becker would see me so I stayed and I love him!! If he leaves I would follow onl if my insure would pay!!
Very positive experience with Dr Becker and his staff. They were all polite, professional and thorough. This was only my 2nd time seeing Dr Becker. He made me feel comfortable and at ease during the exam. I highly recommend and trust Dr Becker and his staff with my eye care.
Rose waaand has always friendly and she calls you by your first name even if it has been over a year since she has seen you all the nurse's are friendly . Dr Yeh is really sweet and very kind. She has a sweet personality I recommend everyone i see that has eye problems to her
This review is not on my eye doctor but rather the ENTIRE billing department. My eye doctor gets 5 stars. Due to a neurological medical issue I had to make upwards of 10 visits to my eye doctor to determine the effect it has on my eyes. Not knowing that I owed a copay for each visit as I was asked to pay a copay on 3 visits but not the others, I diligently kept the follow up visits. I received a bill for over $200.00 well over a month or two after my first few appointments. I called billing to find out why so many co-pays due and the gal who works (and I use that term very loosely) from home seemed rather bothered that I called. I wanted to talk to Anna-something and I could not be transferred to her so I asked the gal to please send a message to her to call me. That was late Feb. It is June 5th and guess who still has not called me after asking various employees to send messages no less than 5 more times. In fact, no one called me back save 1 employee who could not answer my questions about the billing of so many co-pays but did say that prairie eye can reduce the amount due by filing a "help" request. I never got a call back about that either, after several attempts. I ended up paying $240 against what had then grown to a $420 balance. Still no one could spare a few minutes to simply explain why I had so many co-pays nor how to request "help" to lower the amount as I am on a fixed income. The eye doctor was surprised as well by all the co-pays and even sent a message to billing supervisor who NEVER reached out to me. How does this place keep patients? Seriously, I am one of the nicest people on the phone even when I feel something is wrong or something wasn't done right. So I have no clue what these people do as it certainly isn't the job they were hired to do. I will be looking for a new eye doctor after this. Stress makes my medical issue worse and so for my own health and safety I will have to fire Prairie Eye.
