I've been seeing Dr. Bailey for 3 years now to take care of my eyes. He's knowledgeable, professional, and personable! The whole staff is warm and professional. It's a clean, tidy facility and the appointment goes very smoothly each time. I am so glad to be a patient at Precision Eye Group and have every intent to keep it that way. Highly recommend!!
This was my first time at Precision Eye. They were very efficient, friendly, and thorough. The office itself is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and is filled with natural light. Dr. Bailey was generous with his time in answering all my questions. I was able to select frames with the guidance of a very helpful assistant and order new glasses on the spot. If you choose from a limited number of frames you can get a package deal that is significantly less expensive than what I have been paying for years. I was very pleased with my experience at Precision Eye.
Dr. Dale is so hands on and loving. She explained everything slowly and multiple times for myself and my son so we understood what she was doing and what the diagnosis was. She is definitely doing her calling! She is great with children and we just love her and feel safe in her care. The staff also had such calm temperaments and were engaging with my 7&9 year old making them feel safe and comfortable- and not just brushing them off. Amazing staff, amazing doctor!
I have very complicated eyes and had been using another eye care provider for years. After a major misdiagnosis I changed providers to Precision. Dr. Dale and the entire team were amazing. The exam was thorough and for the first time my vision and eye health is truly on track. Thanks to the entire team at Precision!
Went in to get new lenses on my frames. When I went to pick it up my frame was damaged and scratched. I asked about it and they had the audacity of saying that it was not their fault and that the frames were already damaged. My frames were not damaged or scratched before. Staff didn’t even offer a discount or an apology. Really unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend this place.
