I had a wonderful experience at Vision Works. After having trouble getting appointments at other places, VW had immediate appointments that went great! The doctor was very knowledgeable on my concerns and throughout my exam. The employees were so kind, funny, and welcoming. They were great on making sure I found a great pair of glasses and made me aware of the great deals I had. Which I love because glasses are not a cheap expense. They answered all my questions with great satisfaction and I seriously can’t wait to go back again! They are dependable for sure.

I recently went to have an Eye exam at Vision Works. Not only were they able to get me an appointment the very next day, the customer service I received from Josh Raney was exceptional! He spent a decent amount of time helping me decide what the right glasses were for me. This is crucial considering it was my first time needing any type of eye care. I would absolutely recommend this eye care facility, and also would highly recommend working with Josh!

I am super excited to get my glasses!!! I feel the customer care lady really was insightful in helping decide what all was a good decision for my budget and my wants. Only way it would of been better was a free pair of sun glasses after buying 3 pair of glasses. But it was so great of an experience. I cannot wait to get ky glasses.

Everyone here is friendly, but they sent my daughter the totally wrong frames and when I asked about it they made it seem like I was crazy. Plus, I’ve had to go back multiple times for my contact prescription because they can’t seem to get it right. I’ve never had this hard of a time getting the right fit for my lenses. It’s genuinely frustrating. Great staff. Very kind. Just not the best service in terms of delivering on what I need.

My really liked how they were able to put her glasses on an expedited order. The service of the employees were exceptional, friendly, and helpful.
