I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bussa and his team. I am extremely pleased with my eye exam and the care I received. Dr. Bussa took the time to address both my vision concerns and my dry eye issues. He is friendly, caring, patient, and highly professional. When I had an issue with my eyeglass prescription, Dr. Bussa didn't hesitate to repeat my eye exam and make the necessary adjustments to ensure everything was just right. That level of attention and commitment to his patients truly impressed me. I am also so happy with my beautiful new frames! Thanks to Dr. Bussa's careful adjustments, I can see clearly now, and I absolutely love wearing my new glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Bussa to anyone looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and provides outstanding, personalized care.

If you can find any other eye doctor on Earth I would suggest there before ever recommending this establishment. For starters, they refuse to print anything so forget about having an itemized receipt. They also won’t email you your prescription or receipt, you’ll have to register to their portal for that. Upon registering, don’t anticipate any of your forms actually being uploaded several business days afterwards, you’ll need to reach out to their office. Their hours are posted until 7 PM on some days but don’t call the office after 6 because they will send you directly to voicemail. Lastly, if you need forms filled out for the DMV, please know that if you need an annual exam that they will annotate on your forms that you’ll need to go back into the DMV annually. When asked about that, they’ll say that’s what they do for all of their patients with astigmatism. And please, do not expect an apology when they claim annual visits to the DMV was not what they meant when they filled your form out that way, because it’s not coming. At least not in my experience. PLEASE go to a doctor who understands what they’re filling out as it pertains to any documentation.
I had a fantastic experience at Premier Eye Center in Plantation. The office is beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. They also have high-tech equipment and a greater selection of frames. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area!
First time here! The doctor was super informative, he explained what he was looking at when he was reviewing the photos of my eyes which I found helpful! The woman at the front (Melissa I think her name was, apologies if not) helped me find a pair of new frames that I was happy with and made me feel super comfortable. 😊
I waited to give a review so that my total experience was fully complete. My son's doctor gave me a referral to this location as being a place that his insurance is accepted. After confirming they do, I was informed that in addition to his $5 copay it would be an additional $50 cost for pictures. They made it seem mandatory but you can decline. I declined initially but I did change my mind and paid after asking more questions. I went on a Saturday and was quoted $450 for one pair of glasses. I declined and called my son's insurance company on Monday. Who told me he is entitled to one frame and one lens every 2 years. Premier eye center refuses to do that. They are making claims that the doctor is recommending more things than what the insurance covers. I dont want any upgrades or any additional anything but they still refuse. The office does conveniently communicate via text messages which is great for me. After my one last request for the basic frames and lens they stopped responding. I texted I would come in person but decided I wouldn't and would just take a lost. I'd like to also mention that I am in the medical field and have a good knowledge of how billing and records go. I asked for the pictures I paid for that I have a right to. At first they didn't want to give them to me until I threatened to charge back the cost.
