So happy I found this place and highly recommend going here for you glasses. My experience working with Kia to pick new frames was excellent - they have a great selection and she was so knowledgable about each brand and product. She picked things I would never have thought to try myself, but ended up loving. She explained why certain shapes were better for my tiny face, and what details made some frames work while other frames didnt. They accepted my insurance. When I had a question after receiving my new glasses, they were able to explain why what I received was different and better than I had anticipated (having only purchased from Warby Parker for the last 10 years). Worth mentioning I have a very heavy perscription, and they helped me make choices with my frames and lenses that have me seeing better in my glasses than I ever have. Really can't recommend this place enough.

Pro Vision Center saved my vacation. My progressive glasses snapped in half the night I arrived in Portland for a wedding. I went to Pro Vision Center the next morning just hoping they could do something to help me. Kimberly was right on it and found a pair of frames that fit my lenses, even though they were bought overseas and not standard. I was in and out in 15 minutes and able to see to drive. Shop local!
