Great place for family eye care! The staff recognize us when we walk in for an appointment or to pick up glasses. Dr. Kelly is always upbeat and thanks us for coming. If you’re looking for a new vision center, Pro Eye has friendly, professional customer service, great communication, and we would highly recommend them for families with children!
They always make me feel welcome here. I won’t go anywhere else for my eye care. Dr Robertson always makes me feel at ease and listens to any questions i have. Even though i only see her once a year she always remembers me.

The retail area is well-organized—everything is easy to browse without feeling overwhelming. Every team member I interacted with was helpful and answered all my questions. Dr. Robertson is a true professional. This was my first eye exam, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the process was smooth and stress-free. What a wonderful place! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming. The staff was friendly, detailed, organized, and made the entire experience enjoyable — I almost forgot I was there for an eye appointment! Dr. Kelly Robertson was a pleasure to work with as well. She truly listened and even made a thoughtful recommendation that showed she genuinely cared. My appointment was quick, yet thorough and detailed, and I felt completely in good hands the whole time. I’m so glad I found this location- highly recommend!!
Pro eye has the best customer service you can find when it comes to eye care! I moved across town and tried getting glasses other places, but it didn’t work out. I called pro eye and they didn’t answer so they sent me a text right after the missed call. I sent them my issue and updated prescription, Parker called me within 30 minutes and got my new lenses ordered on a 4 minute phone call. They are so efficient! Thank you!!!
