I searched long and hard to find a place this good, and it was worth the effort. Dr. Fragoulis was thoughtful, kind, professional, and didn’t rush me through. Tina fitted me for my glasses, and she was THE BEST. For the first time in my life, someone understood my face shape, what I was looking for, and the considerations for my lenses and she truly guided me through. As the expert, she asked specific questions and took careful measurements considering posture and the structure around my ears. This is what I have always wanted… she found exactly what I wanted and made it easy, and I was so confident I even got a pair of Rx sunglasses I have needed for years. These glasses will be on my face every waking minute, so they need to be perfect or they impact a lot. My husband and sons are already booked to come to this lovely place. Everyone was thorough and kind. SO happy.

Would not trust this clinic again Waited almost an hour at my first visit and about 30 minutes at my second, both with appointments. Came back for blurry vision in my astigmatism contact lens, but my concern wasn’t taken seriously and I was given a stronger prescription instead of having the issue properly checked. I ordered lenses — nothing changed. Another clinic said the issue was an incorrect astigmatism contact lens prescription and fixed it. After that, everything was fine.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with the fit of my glasses, and Nisha was extremely kind and helpful. She took the time to make sure everything was just right and never once made me feel like a burden. Excellent customer service all around.

Just wanted to really appreciate Meghan’s professionalism, knowledge, presentation best body language and friendliness when I took my nice glasses to be fixed . She went beyond, cleaned them , new pads and fix them .
