This place will be very happy and all smiles when they take your money. But don’t expect them to provide any help if you have an issue with the product. bought a pair of IC Berlin which is a brand I have been using for years. But this particular model has very thin sleeves on the legs. One of the sleeves came off within a few months after I bought the glasses. I went to the store and the lady just wouldn’t want to deal with it. Where was the smile and nice face when I was buying? Have you heard of a thing called “customer service “. Isn’t this a quality issue that you as the seller should be responsible to look into? Hello Angela! You have never called me back.

Dr. Mai and the staff are excellent. I have been going here since 2017 and been extremely satisfied with the annual exams and the service with my glasses. The service/support for my glasses has been excellent over the years (adjustment to the frames etc). Highly recommended.
