The Dr was great, I appreciated that she took her time with my son for his appt to ensure he was getting his prescription right. Front office staff can be a bit better at being discreet that it’s an hour before closing time and they’d like to go home. No very warm welcome or smiles. Very RBF’s and curt hellos and byes. I’m sure they were glad we didnt go forward with buying glasses, and quite frankly I’m glad we did not either, because I’m sure that process would have been worse. Not sure we’ll be back.

Called to make 3 appointments, they got my insurance information, we went to our appointments check in and did our exam. Before we left they charged me. Ive had this insurance for years and I never paid for exams. I noticed that my insurance was out of network on the receipt. It would have been nice to be informed when I call to set up the appointment or when we checked in that my ins was out of network and would have to pay for the eye exam.

Had an appointment so the process was smooth. Doctor explained everything well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have great insurance and I was covered for a free pair of glasses set up the appointment but they didn't have no frames available very disappointing 😕
