I had an excellent experience at my appointment with Dr. Hazem Samy. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the technician who conducted my initial screening was efficient and friendly. Dr. Samy was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain my eye health, test results, and treatment options. I left the clinic with total confidence in my eye care plan. Highly recommended!

I drive for over an hour to go see Dr. Samy. It is worth all of the time and hassle of Jacksonville traffic. His office staff are professional and courteous. I have never felt rushed or like a bother. They check you in, go through the different pieces of equipment quickly and then you get to a room to see the most fantastic doctor. He is well mannered, kind, and very knowledgeable. He explains things frankly and in a way you can understand what he is talking about. Excellent experience. Excellent customer service.

This office is clean which to me is important. The staff is so nice and goes above and beyond to help you, Tara has been there for many years and I needed something I couldn’t get in my portal and she had to me in less than five minutes. All of the medical assistants are so sweet and very patient with you, Dr. Samy is not only a very intelligent man but he makes sure you understand and lets you ask as many questions and will even write it down for you. Great job to all the office and staff and Dr. Samy!

Dr Samy and his staff are the best. Drive from Daytona Beach to see him. He figured out what my eye problem was in one visit where several different Doctors in Daytona Beach could not fix in five years!! Well worth the time !!

The irony of the name is almost unbelievable—there was absolutely no “quality” in our experience with this company. My wife was met with nothing but poor service from the moment she arrived. She waited over an hour just to be seen and agreed to services without clear or honest communication about the costs involved. She left disappointed, though she did receive a prescription. Later, when there was an issue with the prescription and she called to request a copy, the receptionist called back and said the doctor had not signed it because it “wasn’t paid for.” Naturally, we were confused since we have insurance coverage. Only then were we told that the prescription required an additional $40 fee—something that was never explained upfront. Had we known this, my wife would have chosen to go somewhere else. What stood out most was the receptionist’s arrogance and dismissive attitude. The lack of professionalism and transparency was shocking. This business operates in a way that feels dishonest and misleading. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Zero stars.
