Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor had a wonderful personality. I left with a new prescription for glasses that I purchased somewhere else. I was not comfortable with those glasses and Complete Family Eyecare graciously checked the prescription for accuracy before having to go back to my original place of purchase. They retested the way I saw things very thoroughly, even bringing me outside to diagnose a better prescription. I am very satisfied with the service and expertise of their staff. Dave the optician figured out my individual eye problems ( at no extra charge). I am very satisfied with this eye care clinic.

The reception staff was kind and efficient, and the entire team made the visit easy and enjoyable. I found Complete Family Eye Care as a preferred provider with my new vision insurance. In pursuit of a new, updated pair of glasses, I stopped by twice this week on a walk-in basis. On both occasions, I was quickly greeted by Benjamin. On my first visit, Benjamin was excellent in quickly providing me pertinent information about coverage confirmation as well as frame and lens options. He made me feel at ease and ultimately confident, via his very professional and knowledgeable presentation, that I had found an excellent provider to work with. After determining I was ready to move forward I sought out Benjamin on my second visit to complete the process of ordering my new glasses. Once again, he was extremely patient, polite and professional. We quickly completed all necessary details to my complete satisfaction. Prices are reasonable and very competitive, and my time invested was valued. Lastly, I inquired if Benjamin had a few minutes to adjust my current pair of glasses in the interim. He expertly adjusted them, including proactively installing new nose pads, which was a very welcome surprise. My glasses are now more comfortable to wear than they have been for months since the last adjustment. Thanks so very much, Benjamin, for your outstanding customer service! I’ve been visually impaired since I was 6 and have been to a lot of optometrists over the years. Dr. Fisher is easily the best I’ve come across, super knowledgeable, thorough, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. For the first time in a long time… I can see. Not just the beauty within, but the beauty outside too. Like, actual trees and the intricate details of their leaves. People waving at me that I previously just ignored by accident (most of the time). My new prescription is a phenomenal upgrade. The office runs incredibly smoothly, and Patrick was great—professional, helpful, and somehow everywhere all at once. I’m convinced he has a system beyond average comprehension (or a clone), but whatever it is, it works. A truly amazing experience. Highly recommend. 11/10.

Repeat patient here. I called because I had questions about my new insurance benefits and wanted to find out if I could schedule an appointment. Patrick was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. He told me I needed to look up my benefits myself and print them out because he would be getting the same information I would. That may be true, but unlike Patrick, I’m not sitting behind a front desk with a computer, printer, and patient portal right in front of me. Getting all of that information would have taken me considerably more time, and I wasn’t asking him to do anything unreasonable. I simply wanted to know what my coverage and cost would be before scheduling an appointment. His attitude was unnecessary and honestly pretty arrogant. He was rude, unhelpful, and, as it turns out, wrong. I’ve dealt with plenty of medical offices and have never had someone refuse to help me with basic insurance or benefits questions like this. Because of the way I was treated, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. I have no interest in walking back into the office just to have to deal with Patrick again. It’s a shame because I’ve been a repeat patient, but I’m not going to give my business to a practice where the front desk staff makes patients feel like they’re a nuisance for asking a simple question.
