Excellent. The staff was so polite. Made feel like I was only one that mattered. The doctor was also polite and he knew what he was doing. Explained everything to me about what procedures he was doing and the results. I believe i have an eye doctor for life. 5 Gold Stars for the office staff and my new eye doctor. Thank you all
The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Killion was very thorough with the eye exam. He wasn't rushed or dismissive and answered all questions I had. Very excellent experience.. Will definatly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience.
Everyone was personable and professional. The ladies at registration efficiently checked me in as well as having a short, friendly and personal conversation. The technician gave clear instructions, kept equipment clean and asked pertinent questions. The doctor was friendly, passionate about his work, knowledgeable about my condition and explained process and procedures effectively.His assistant was kind and knowledgeable of insurance requirements. Very satisfied with my care.
This was my first visit to this facility. The staff was friendly and professional. The office was open, bright and clean. My doctor was congenial; he patiently explained the exam and answered my questions. I was pleased with the experience.
The whole staff was excellent from checking in the assistant I saw before the doctor and the doctor himself was very good at explaining what was going on and what next steps should be.
