I’ve been going to the Cohen’s since it was in the mall. Kim has been helping me and my family for years. She is amazing at picking out stylish glasses that suit you. Her customer service and knowledge is A++! I have a very strong prescription and this is the only place I trust that makes sure I look good. Kim takes care of her customers. The whole team there is great and works well together. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: Your response to this is not at all believable. I called the main office and left probably 30 messages and emailed the woman more than enough to merit a reply or return phone call. No one wanted to be bothered investigating 2 years ago, so would you now? You're not going to do anything about it so let's hope no one has the same horrible experience I had. Leaving a customer overwhelmed, stressed and upset is not acceptable in any business. So good bye and good riddance! If I could give zero stars, I would. The last interaction with this establishment specifically with Roman was such a traumatic experience. He is nothing but a manipulative, money-hungry salesman. He refused to process my insurance properly until I had reach out to the insurance company myself and they in turn contacted him supporting what I was telling him all along. In the process, he yelled at me in the middle of the store, telling me to do my research when, in fact, it turned out that he couldn’t be bothered doing his because his way worked out better for him. Fast-forward two years later, I found another optical store that made the process so stress-free and actually enjoyable. It turned out to be the total opposite of my experience with Roman. I would not deal with him ever again even if he offered me free perscription glasses. I’m so happy that I moved on and found a place that treat their customers with honesty and respect, which is the opposite of my experience with Roman.

I've been going to Cohen's Fashion Optical for many years now (since they were located in Sunrise Mall) for my annual eye exams and I must say, 10/10 every visit! The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable, the clinical team is collaborative and transparent, and the team who aids with selecting frames is so much fun! I highly recommend this location for your eye care needs.

I had a great experience working with Kim! She assisted me with my eye exam and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses at the best possible price. Kim was incredibly kind, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire process. She took her time to explain everything clearly and was very communicative. I definitely will be back!
