I was absolutely blown away by my experience at the Cambridge Ray-Ban store! I was immediately greeted when I walked in by Jessica, and she was so knowledgeable. I have been wearing prescription sunglasses for decades, and have never had someone help me with so much knowledge about the products they sell. I was able to check out the META AI glasses, and she was able to help with a demonstration and explaining all the different styles, features and how you can use them, even for something as simple as seeing what’s wrong with your houseplant. When it came to my insurance benefits, Jessica was able to help me maximize my benefit for value. If you’re in the area, or even just visiting, be sure to pop in and get the VIP treatment. I came in today because a screw fell out of my Sunglasses. The staff was incredibly professional and handled the repair quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. Great service

Store was closed and locked with a “be right back” sign. We waited for about 30 minutes but no one showed up. At least put a sign of when you expect to be back so customers can decide to wait or leave. Will be taking my business elsewhere or online

The team members here are so incredibly nice, especially Jess who will work with you if you have prescription glasses. They helped to customize a pair of prescription sunglasses for me, made sure the fit was perfect, and are happy to have me back in if I have any more adjustments to make or any additional questions. The service was fast and they work with my EyeMed insurance directly so my claim was super easy. I recommend checking them out if you are in the market!

Jessica is an amazing sales representative (I hope I got her title right) she was super friendly and easy to get along with, she helped me find the right glasses for me and I am beyond grateful for her help. I am definitely coming back to this store specifically because of the amazing service, she even checked my glasses for me and made minor adjustments to make sure they were level. Just wow! 5 stars 🌟 🤩
