I had an amazing experience at Regional Eye Center! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The doctor was very thorough during my exam, explained everything clearly, and truly showed that they care about their patients. The office was clean, organized, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. It’s not often you find a medical office that combines excellent customer service with such high-quality care. I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend Regional Eye Center to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Five stars all the way!

I had been going to a different establishment for years and when they couldn't help me with my eye pain I came to Regional Eye Center. Dr. Mixon diagnosed me with eye ulcers stage 3 and he was able to treat me and within 6 months my eyes were much better. He is very knowledgeable, answers questions, and explains in a manner that is easy to understand. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good optometrist. The glasses ordering department is always great and patient when I'm looking to get a new pair. The contacts department used to be great and very helpful... until Bethani started working there. She is always disoriented, can't answer questions, mixes up contacts a lot, and just overall does not provide a good experience. I just buy my contacts online so I don't have to deal with that. Overall a great facility. Wait time, even with appointment, can be rather long.

We love visiting Regional Eye in Americus GA!! The front desk staff are very sweet upon your arrival and leaving! Leslie who takes us back is absolutely amazingly sweet!! Dr Greene and Dr Mixon are both amazing!! We love ALL the docs here! And of course Kayla!! She is amazing!!! Very helpful! So perky and just lifts the whole atmosphere to another level!! We can’t leave out Mrs Darcy! Our time with her was brief but she had a sweet and humorous personality! Thank you for helping my husband get those contacts in and out in 5 min! 😉 Thanks guys for another great annual appt at the eye doc!! ~Mary Dyess~

My first time as a patient at Regional Eye Center and Impressed is an understatement! From check on to check out Amazing. I saw Dr. Green and was so happy that he knew so much about Graves disease as well as glaucoma. Along with the major headaches I have had since I was 5. Then I move up to the area where choosing my glasses happen....Alyssa was phenomenal, she's that lady you definitely want to take shopping with you to ensure you look fantastic when you leave. The entire staff was/are very approachable and personable which make you want to come back. I 100% recommend this place.

REC has a A very helpful staff. Dr Kenneth was knowledgeable and helped me figure out a good long term plan for my specific needs. He took the time to explain my options and answered all questions. Highly recommend especially if you have anything slightly more complicated than a typical vision exam.
