First things first — I scheduled an appointment with Dening Zhu, but they scheduled me with Vivian Zhu and then tried to tell me that they had informed me about this over the phone. Um, no, you didn’t! If you had told me that she wasn’t there today, I wouldn’t have wasted my time scheduling. One thing I don’t play with is doctors. I do my research on doctors before choosing them — that was lie number one! Then Vivian tried to make it seem like she was so concerned and wanted me to take my medication right away. She said, “Go to this pharmacy at 139 Centre because I don’t want you to wait to take this medication.” I thought that was very thoughtful and that she really cared — until I got there and realized that this pharmacy is run by people they know or are close with. When I arrived, they wanted me to complete a full intake as a new patient. I told them I was not a new patient and that I wasn’t making them my permanent pharmacy — the doctor had just sent me there because she said it was urgent for me to take the medication. As soon as I said that, the pharmacy staff got upset and acted as if I had offended them. They still insisted I fill out a new patient form, provide my insurance information, and go through a bunch of unnecessary steps. So I went back to the doctor’s office because I wasn’t about to do that — it’s time-consuming, I don’t feel well, and my union pays for my medication. When I got back, I found out they had switched my pharmacy from the one I told them I use to their friends down the block so they could keep the money circulating. I will never, ever, ever go to this place again. That was my first and last time going there. I’m going to call my insurance tomorrow and change my doctor because I’m never going back. They are full of it — they don’t really care. They just want the insurance money, and they’re so greedy they even want the medication money too. I can’t condone that type of behavior. I don’t condone doctors pretending to care only to profit. Very greedy people — I do not recommend this place.

Did an ultrasound here. The front desk was very nice and informative. They were patient with my questions. The ultrasound tech was quick, but careful. She did an excellent job and comforted me because I was nervous. The clinic was bright and clean, which is a plus. The whole place just feels clean and comforting.

The Drs are great. The desk staff is VERY VERY UNREPONSIVE especially when making requests like renewing prescriptions! Very frustrating to deal with on a regular basis.

This Radiology Office is Hands down the best of the best out of the countless places i have been to during my duration here on planet earth. There are many countless yet overlooked things in many places that is offered here, The Front Desk is very helpful and friendly " no matter how busy " , The facility is very large and clean with many individual changing rooms, everything is very very very discrete and private as well as generously sectioned. Last and not Least the Excellent Technicians you will find there are amazing in every department, I know because i have had everything scanned before, from cancer to bone injuries. I would Highly recommend this office, On the Record.

Clinic is clean. Processing you is fast. Attendants are neat and very professional. Consultation with the doctor is direct and fast. Doctor is very reliable. You are on your way at no time. Very pleased to come here for consultation.
