Held my wife for 6 hours before she even saw the Doctor over simple exams. We got billed ~$400 for the pleasure. If you’re understaffed then don’t take patients you can’t service, or if not make sure to take care of your patients in a timely manner. We’re not coming back here.

Whats the point of setting up appointment when you are there but still call you past your appointment ? The appointment at 115pm is check in day before I was here since 1245pm and at 130pm I received a massage that I miss my appointment when I been here since 1245pm on April 2 !

My grandfather had an appointment with this center the other day, and the technician that took care of him did such an amazing job. She stayed with him the entire time! From work up to the end of his treatment. She was communicating in Vietnamese, and it made him a lot more comfortable. She was beyond kind, professional, and efficient.
