It was well worth the wait! Dr. Brown and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and possess excellent customer service skills. Dr. Brown is thorough in his research, evaluation, and approach towards the care of his patients. His practice is busy, and has a lengthy wait time, but when you are good at what you do, going to the best is well worth the wait! Very pleased with my experience.
Beautifully decorated office. Comfortable and inviting. Every employee I came into contact with was nice and helpful. Dr. Brown made me very comfortable on my first visit. He explained everything thoroughly. The whole process flowed like a well oiled machine. You can tell they take patient satisfaction seriously.
Dr. Jeremiah Brown is an exceptionally skilled Ophthalmologist and surgeon! He performed a vitrectomy on my right eye and the results were phenomenal. He is very professional, knowledgeable; discussing the procedure in great detail, explaining all possible side effects and other issues. His style and attitude are always positive. My vitrectomy couldn't have gone better! And his staff are second to none. They are kind, caring and always put the patient first!
From the moment I checked in and all the way through checkout, I had a great experience. The staff is very lovely and friendly. As far as the doctor, even better! Dr. Brown was very warm and welcoming. You can tell he loves his job with the way he educates the patients during the exam. I do not have to go back to the office but if I did, I know I would be in very good hands. Thank you for having such a wonderful clinic and staff.
