Dr. Levy is the absolute best, he takes time to explain things and seems to genuinely care about his patients. Anely at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way to assist you make sure everything is taken care of. I could not ask for better services for my daughter!

Dr Levy is a good doctor however the staff needs training. Leslie one of the people that helps patients was very rude. My mom just about blind and she didn’t assist her from one room to another, when my mom and I complained about it, she got defended and told her coworker that she didn’t want to help our room. She didn’t think I heard her but I did. Please don’t send your old parents who can’t see here alone. The staff will not help them get from room to room and they could potentially fall. Additionally, the staff like Leslie really don’t care about patients and should not be working in healthcare.

Even with a full schedule and so many patients to care for, the doctor Jay carried a calm, kind presence that made me feel seen, not rushed. That alone is rare. And the entire team mirrored that same energy—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone treated me with patience and respect, taking the time to help me in the best way possible. You can feel when people truly care… and here, it shows in every interaction. Grateful to have found a place where professionalism and kindness dance together so naturally. Wilda! I had a stye that was really bothering me, and Wilda went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly kind and got me in at another office right away when my eye was hurting, so I could get antibiotics and start feeling better quickly. Doctor Levi was nice but staff is not helpful or nice. I’ve waited 3+ hours every time I have had an appointment to be seen. Tried to make a check up appointment and they told me the next availability is in 3 months?
