Highly recommend this place. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're "home". Love the decor. Tons of choices for frames . Layout is nice, not crowded. Even the pictures on the walls are fun, classy and calming. Johnny at the front desk is a gem. He knows his stuff, gives options without you feeling like you're been sold on things you don't need. Bathroom is clean. Dr. Silva Celada is very thorough, professional and friendly. Answers all questions. I never felt rushed or hurried. Really enjoyable experience. Ample, easy parking in rear with a rear entrance.

I came here to get my sunglasses fixed since I saw from someone Yelp review that they do the service here. I called first to confirm that they do offer that service and also to see how much they'll charge. The lady I talked to over the phone said it shouldn't be expensive but it would really depends on the damage. For my sunglasses, I push it in between my body and the car seat so I think the frame just needed to be adjusted. When I got the area the shop is in, I parked in the plaza across the street where Starbucks is at and then walked to the store. I saw on the door that there additional parking in the back but I didn't know. When I walked in, I told them what I was there for and they told me to take a seat. A lady came over to help me and look at my Oakley sunglasses. She said she could adjust it and took it to the back. Within like a minute, she came back and it looks better than before. She said the frame is good because it's a Oakley brand compared to a cheap brand so its has better materials. I tried it on and it felt better so I asked her how much was the cost. She told me it was free so I was surprise and also happy with their amazing customer service.

AAA+++. I love their consistent quality service in the office. Dra. Silva has got me coming back for my 4th time yearly. I tried LCrafters & walmart optical. Her office staff is exceptional why? they have a practice of cleaning/ sterilizing and office Once u do step in, smells wonderful like lavender or Gain/ febreeze scents. today's appt. contacts i was taught a lesson for contacts fitting Angela is gr8 patience & accomadationg to my anxiety/ overwhelmed as she gave me more attn and time. loved that. johnny is great! manager. and Lilly with her welcome Joan calligraphy. highly will followup with them next year. good prices and have a branded selections to purchaee. come by & say hi to the 1 eyed rubber duck! thanks again manaña.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I ordered a pair of glasses and was assisted by a man named JONY, who never explained the options or insurance coverage to me. After doing some research, I called to ask for a modification to the order and spoke to JONY again; when I asked for just one change, he was very arrogant and wouldn't even let me speak. He claimed the glasses were already being manufactured and sarcastically told me they would arrive in six weeks. It is ridiculous that they can't make a single modification less than 24 hours after the order was placed, yet the wait time to receive the glasses is six weeks. JONY also said, "You can't cancel or modify anything, and no one else can help you with this because I am the manager." When I asked for an appointment with the owner, Dr Sharon Silva -Celaya, he replied, "We don't accept your insurance anymore, so you have to pay to speak with her," and added that she was out of town. PLEASE do not order from or visit this place; no one deserves the terrible treatment I received from JONY

This place is amazing. I never thought I would look forward to my optometrist appointments, or leave my appointment having a better day than I started with, and both occur at Right Vision Optometry. Everyone is so nice and social, the appointments are quick and easy and they write your name very cutely on a whiteboard whenever you’re scheduled for an appointment which just makes me smile.
