I’ve been going to this location since I was in middle school and I’ve always loved it! The staff is always so nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. Every time I visit I leave happy and more educated on eye care. I’m pretty sure her name is Jessica (the staff member at the front desk) she is so friendly and sweet, she’s the perfect person to have greeting each patient!
It is always a good visit at Riverbank Optometric Vision. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with a smile. Today, April 16th, 2026 was no exception. Hannah was super professional, explained the process as she checked my eyes. We talked and laughed which made my appointment ever more pleasant. Dr. Garrett Elliott was very professional as he checked my eyesight, and easy to talk to. We laughed at my confusion over a picture of his father on the wall, I thought it was him. I highly recommend this place for your next eye exam.
I really like this place it was my first eye exam ever and they really are professionals at their job. The entire time I felt relaxed and had confidence in the optometrist working with me, I ended up getting a perfect vision score and even then they answered any questions I had and we very assuring. They took great care of me as well as my family, they have good people here don’t underestimate them they have my whole hearted support.
I had an awesome experience here. The doctors were very thorough with the results on my eye exam and even recommended better products to use such as eye makeup and eye drops. Everyone was very patient when I was trying on each pair of eyewear, making sure everything was to my accommodation. The delivery for my glasses was only a two week wait. Definitely a great place to come to. 👍🏼
I’ve been going here for a few years now but this last visit was by far above and beyond great customer service. The minute I walked in I had a very warm welcome and went straight into my appointment without a wait. “They even were able to get me in weeks sooner than my scheduled appointment”. I was in desperate need of a new pair of glasses. Sarah helped me throughout my visit and was just a pleasure and so helpful. But a big thanks to the entire office for just be amazing.
