My first visit was absolutely wonderful! I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I had joked with the receptionist, Lisa, when I made my appointment and she was as nice and joyful in person as she was over the phone. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Stierman. She and the staff were incredibly thorough and efficient. She explained everything clearly and identified the eye challenges I was having precisely. I've never had so many different types of eye tests. That made me feel like they really cared to identify any potential issues. I have been a customer since 2018 when I first moved to Arizona. All the doctors and staff are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, thoughtful and very caring. Dr. Rekell has always given me a thorough exam - there is never a rush. She is there to explain everything, plus she listens to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. There is an excellent selection of frames and sun-glasses and the prices are reasonable. The quality of customer service is 100% and I heartily recommend this business. Excellent practice! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Staff is vey professional and kind and my doctor is amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough in taking the time to go through photos and explain every detail without ever feeling rushed and open to any questions or concerns. What you would hope for in any doctor’s visit. I highly recommend !!
