I had such a wonderful experience with this amazing group of ladies. They were professional, welcoming, and truly made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about the people they serve. The atmosphere was positive, supportive, and just all around uplifting. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and great energy!
For 17 years of my life, I wasn’t been able to see. No matter how thick the lenses of my glasses were, they were always still not enough to see 20/20. That all changed when I came here. My parents decided to refer me to this eye doctor and take a test, where he then recommended me RGP contacts. Though I’ve always been scared of contacts, I decided to give it a shot, and I truly have never looked back. Though the RGPs took some getting used to, after the first week of putting them on consistently, it was like second nature. I honestly forget they’re in, and my vision has been clear as day since the day I got them for 2 years now. They give quick and easy service, and the ladies at the front desk are extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend!!
I highly recommend this office. The doctor is absolutely great and works very quickly, making the whole process incredibly smooth. On top of that, his staff is extremely patient, helpful, and welcoming. Five stars!
I had an eye exam at Riz Eye Care six weeks ago and purchased glasses through Sam’s Club. Upon receiving them, the prescription felt 'off' compared to my old pair. Because Sam’s Club lacks the advanced equipment to verify the lenses against the prescription, I contacted Riz Eye Care for assistance. I was dismayed to learn that Riz charges $35 to verify a prescription they wrote, even though I am a returning patient. Given that I chose their location specifically for convenience, this policy feels exploitative, especially since I cannot verify the lenses without incurring an extra cost. Furthermore, the eye exam itself was exceptionally rushed—the fastest I have experienced in over 40 years—leaving me doubting the accuracy of the prescription. While I appreciate Sam’s Club's 60-day return policy, I am disappointed in the service from the new optometrist at Riz. Due to this experience, I will not be paying for an additional check-up and will instead wait to find a new doctor next year
Had an eye injury that completely blurred out my vision. Visited here, everyone treated me very nicely and i can confidently say my vision is completely back. Thank yall very much. Attached is my injury for reference on how good they are here.
