I went in today to order contact lenses for my husband and Bernadette was fabulous. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my situation. I had some hurdles with his prescription and she was able to walk me thru the issues and helped me get them resolved. Coming from an eye doctor’s office with not the best customer service I found Bernadette like a breath of fresh air. I will definitely recommend Roanoke Vision Center.

Debbie is hands down the best! Was so beyond helpful when I was in a rush to get a refill on my prescription and she helped get me in and get me taken care of! If you are looking for a prescription or eye doctor or need help with vision go see Debbie at Roanoke Walmart and vision!

Great place , Sheryl was so pleasant and helpful , she really went beyond to assist me with adjusting glasses I liked. Highly recommend!

Just came in to find a repair kit for my glasses and I was pleasantly greeted by Debbie who offered to simply fix them and changed the screws. It’s such a great help until I get some new glasses. As I was waiting, Cheryl checked my insurance and explained my coverage for a future visit. I highly recommend this location. The staff is very professional and go above and beyond for their customers. 👍

Cheryl was fantastic! I came in to have the nose pieces of my husband‘s glasses fixed because I was unsuccessful at my attempt to order these through Amazon. She knew exactly what to do and had them fixed in just a couple of minutes. I really appreciate her expertise and help!
