I've been going to this office for many years and have always been extremely happy with the friendly staff and excellent care I've received. Dr. Snow has been wonderful over the years, and during my most recent visit I saw one of the newer optometrists. He absolutely lived up to the high standard I'd come to expect—kind, knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humor that made the appointment enjoyable. Unfortunately, the only disappointment during my recent visit was the experience of selecting new glasses. The woman who helped me seemed disinterested in assisting with frame selections. When I tried to explain the styles I was looking for, I was met with blank looks and very little guidance. I ended up feeling uncomfortable and rushed my decision simply because I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. To be fair, everyone can have an off day, and it's entirely possible this just wasn't her best day. I'm only sharing my experience because it was such a contrast to the consistently outstanding service I've received from this office over the years. That experience won't keep me from returning because I truly value the doctors and the quality of eye care I receive here. However, if I have a similar experience when choosing eyewear in the future, I'll likely continue coming here for my eye exams but purchase my glasses elsewhere.
