The support staff was great but the doctor is impersonal, rushes you, talks at you. Seems more interested in getting you out of office as opposed to actually helping you. The type of doctor that takes advantage of those in need instead of working to help them.
My spouse had an appointment and received a prescription. Provider did not approve prescription. Provider had me contact Royo to request pre-approval. I have left numerous voice mails and no response or returned phone calls. I regret coming to this place.
I recently had the EVO ICL procedure, and it has truly changed my life. With Dr. Gabriel Jacob, I felt completely cared for and in excellent hands. He answered all my questions, gave great advice, and made sure we chose the options that would benefit me the most. A special thank-you to Rachna, who guided me through every step and made the whole process feel easy. Her communication was wonderful — she always followed up on my questions, appointments, and any details I needed. My vision is incredible now — I still can’t believe I no longer need glasses or contacts. I’m so grateful to the entire team. If you’re considering ICL, I highly recommend them.
Incredible work by Dr Jacobs and staff! Adrianna up front and Sue coordinating my surgery. I can't thank all you guys enough. Also Laurie for the paperwork. Everyone was great and helpful through out a rough time in my life. Bianca is great in optometry and fittings. The entire staff is very professional and caring. I truly value and appreciate them as my eye doctors.
This location is the best I been to all three offices by far Roseville the best! Dr.Rothlisberger is Totally 5 Stars Plus! The staff all of them are great! Kaila, Savina and Emilia are front office they provide the absolute best customer service you could ask for! If You Need An Optometrist You Can't Do better Than Royo! Thanks, Tracy D.
