It was my first visit, and the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses quickly, and the whole process was smooth and pleasant. I left feeling very happy with both the service and my new glasses. Highly recommend!
I have been coming to this office for about five years and it is always a great experience. The office is very nice and it is easy to schedule an appointment online, as well as reschedule or cancel if needed. I had some issues with my insurance this time, but the staff was very patient and helpful in resolving it with me and getting a hold of the insurance so I could still be seen. Dr. Michael Tran is very kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The consultation never feels rushed and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciate that he asks if it is okay before touching my face during the exam, which shows a lot of professionalism and respect. I especially want to thank Alexis, who was incredibly kind and helpful when helping me choose my frames, making sure I had the correct prescription, and guiding me through the entire process. She provides exceptional customer service. Overall, the service here is excellent. They have a great selection of frames, the glasses are always ready very quickly, and the facilities are consistently clean. There is also easy two-hour parking on the side street. I have offices closer to me, but the experience here is unmatched and the staff is the best so I will continue choosing this office and highly recommend it.
We had a great experience with Dr. Tran. He saw both of my children, ages 7 & 9. He was very thorough in his evaluation and knowledgeable. He was very patient with the kids and did an excellent job. We will definitely be coming back regularly!
I have been going to Rosin for a few years for routine eye exams. I needed to get in right away for an issue with my eye/contact and they found an appointment for me right away. They were timely, kind, professional and solved my problem right away! I’m so grateful to them and the experience was so pleasant. I’m a Rosin customer for life now!
