We love this office. Everyone is very nice and kid friendly. Ms Cathy, for eye therapy is Awesome. She had worked wonders for my son. He is making great progress due to her. DR Kaitlyn Brown explains everything she is doing during testing to make my son comfortable. Receptionist are aways friendly and helpful.
Awful experience with their office staff. Specifically, Jennifer, Shelby and the so called Manager, Shea. Complete incompetence, rude and condescending…which made their “apology” even sweeter! Do NOT buy glasses or contacts from them!! Save money and use EZContacts instead!
We have been customers with Rowe family Eye Care for quite a few years. And the last year the eye glasses service has been very horrible. The doctors all seemed very nice and are willing to address any concerns you have. A lady behind the deck was not very rude. The men who help you when you get your glasses are very rude and pushy. If you don’t want something they insist that you have it. I chose not to get my glasses there even after I bought Frames. Because the guy was trying to push things on me that I did not want. My husband went recently to replace his frames. He said the same Lady that was rude to me behind the desk was very rude to him. The same guy that was very rude and pushy towards me was the same guy that helped my husband. Again, he was trying to insist that my husband put things on his lenses that my husband did not want. When my husband continue to tell him, he did not want the extra add-ons for his lenses. The man continued to be very pushy and insist that he had this on his glasses. my husband told him that the cost of the glasses seem to be a lot more since the ownership change. My husband ask how much would the glasses be if he would please remove the add ons. The guy rudely told him it was still going to be over 300.00 dollars. I think our family will be looking for a new eye care company.
Dr. Brown is so patient and kind and knows how to talk to kids! She always makes my kids feel heard and gives them opportunities to explore while answering all their questions. I cannot say enough about our experience with her!
The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Had such a good time at my eye appointment! Will be recommending this office to others!
