Marie and Carla were exceptionally kind and concerned with getting me in same day and succeeded! Dr Biessel & his technicians were thorough, kind, and efficient and diagnosed my condition and ordered a prescription. They also have excellent medical testing equipment that makes eye exams more comfortable and thorough. I highly recommend Rule Eye Care.
Amelia, Dr. Beissel, and Pam did a fantastic job helping both my daughter and me during our annual eye exams. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thorough throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer our questions, made us feel comfortable, and provided excellent care. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and always enjoy coming here. They got my daughter in right away and took great care of her. They were able to diagnosis her infection in her eye and get her the meds she needed, especially since what another provider had gotten wrong! Very grateful for Rue eye care. Will go there for all my eye care needs
I was impressed by the technology available for checking my eyes, as well as by the skill of the technician, McKenzie Dusseau. The people at the front desk were very friendly. One of them even walked me out- apparently she noticed my difficulty walking! Dr. Schraubin was very personable, and I trust his skill.
Able to see me on short notice after a sudden vision change right before leaving on vacation. Quick and friendly service. Walked out with trial contacts and everything I would need for my trip. So appreciative for them being so accommodating !
