I had the best experience during my appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and I love the conversation. I do see a lot of negative reviews and I do not understand why because they made me feel like I was a priority. I did came an hour early and she asked me if I wanted to sit in the waiting room or come back. I decided to wait and they were able to service me before my appointment @ 3:00p.m. I was done by 3:25 p.m. Again, the entire staff was AWESOME. Don't mind the negative reviews, just go see for yourself 👍🏿👍🏿

Friendly staff, Dr. Russell took his time and was most pleasant. The office wasn't over crowded and the receptionist were very helpful.

Great experience, they were much less expensive than another local competitor. Meredith, that helped me was very nice and helpful!

They girl who answer the phone is rude and I understand my insurance doesn’t pay for another exam but what kind of eye doctor doesn’t let you pay out of pocket for an emergency visit that you have been going to urgent care and they said you need to see an eye doctor. She said she spent 20 minutes calling about my insurance and she need to see the other patient he could give me glasses but will not see me for an emergency. Wow now I see why the ratings are so low.

Fantastic and excellent eye doctor! I have no idea why there are negative reviews, been going here for years and have only had a wonderful experience and anyone else nice seen in there was having a good experience as well. Prices are the most reasonable and fair I have seen in my 20+ years of getting eye exams and buying glasses in various places and states. I feel like most of the people throwing shade on Google need to take up their complaints with their eye insurance and not take it out on the great people here! You thinking the building isn’t fancy is not grounds for a negative review and does not change the quality of care, be thankful they keep prices fair and don’t up charge to cover fancy renovations 😂
