I traveled to my son’s home in Grand Rapids to ride with them to Wisconsin. I sat in the back seat of their Stowe and go van and was going to adjust the seat but pulled the strap that would flip the seat completely down. When I did it hit the side of my face and caused my glasses to fly across the van and break the wire holding my lens in. We drove to the Grand Rapids-Plainfield location and they fixed them in a few minutes . Thank you very much to the wonderful staff for quickly getting us back on the road for our 4th of July family reunion !

Needed a fresh pair of safety glasses for a new job. Came to the Plainfield location in Grand Rapids, Mi. Was not only greeted but taken care of by Aleah. She took care of everything I needed in the store that day, and also explained the paperwork from a different location (added value). After having my new glasses for a few days I needed to return for some more help, and again your team stepped up! Aleah again greeted me with a smile. I needed something to aid in the fit of my new glasses, and even though the glasses couldn’t be adjusted she help with a solution. She even helped me find a possible solution on Amazon. I have already referred co-workers to this store and will continue to do so. Customer Service at its finest.

Had a wonderful experience today. Dr Helms walked me thru the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Aleha was wonderful to work with! She was extremely patient and helpful when i was picking out my new glasses. They both really seemed to care. I would highly recommend Y'all stop in, they will take good care of you!

Aleah was a pleasure to work with when selecting new frames/purchasing eye wear. She also assisted my husband. While he was with eye dr, we had the best conversation. She is talented and exudes supreme customer service! I will definitely seek her out when it is time to order my next pair. She has set the bar high for customer service. Rx is lucky to have her working at the Plainfield location. She has a great eye for choosing flattering frames. Aleah, thank you for all your assistance! You were efficient, effective & friendly. Couldn’t ask for better care!
