Definitely one of the best eye appointments we’ve had! Adam did an excellent job getting my kids and me through our exams thoroughly while still being efficient. My daughter was even able to practice putting in contacts since it was her first time wearing them. One of the biggest surprises was that, after years of paying out of pocket for contacts, the doctor helped us find a brand that was fully covered by our insurance. That’s especially exciting now that my daughter is wearing contacts too. The sunglasses were a great bonus as well! Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience today at my appointment. Jessica and Kendal where so friendly, helpful, welcoming, and my favorite part, they were funny! I love going to a location and feeling the positive atmosphere when I walk in door. When I saw doctor Adam, he listened and respected what I said and asked for, he was very personable, friendly and probably the best optometrist I’ve seen yet and I’ve wore glasses for 35 years. This is definitely our home location (w.main Kalamazoo) and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to care for their eye health. 10/10 every time!

Definitely recommend here. I had one of the best eye experiences here. Dr c was amazing he did my eye appointment, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Once I was done Jess and Morgan at the front desk helped me pick out one of the best pair of glasses that I've had in a long time.the girls were so funny, cheerful and helpful getting me the best deal on my glasses. The experience left me with a really good impression.

Dr. C and Jess were outstanding during my visit. Jess handled all the measurements and prescription confirmation with a level of care and precision that immediately put me at ease. Dr. C performed the exam and took the time to walk me through everything clearly, making sure I understood what would work best for my day‑to‑day needs.What stood out most was how genuinely invested they both were in getting things right — not rushing, not glossing over details, just honest, professional care. I left feeling confident in my prescription and grateful for the attention they gave me. I Highly recommend this team.

This was just a routine appointment but Kendal and Dr. Adam made me feel so at ease and comfortable that I truly felt that needed to be acknowledged. I am very grateful for their approachable and genuine personalities. Great visit with great people!
