I've been using RX Optical for several years now, and one thing I've learned is that while problems occasionally happen with any product or service, what really matters is how those problems are handled. Over the years I've had a few issues with glasses and warranty claims, and RX Optical has consistently gone above and beyond to make things right. Most recently, I was having trouble with a warranty replacement lens that just wasn't working correctly for my eyes. To make matters more complicated, I was on a tight schedule before work. My appointment had been confirmed by text for 9:00 a.m., but when I arrived there was a scheduling discrepancy and the office had me listed for 9:20. Given my time constraints, I was understandably concerned. The staff handled the situation with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. They listened, accommodated my schedule, and got me in and out quickly. More importantly, they took the time to identify the root cause of the issue and put a solution in place so my glasses will work properly going forward. The staff at RX Optical treated me with respect, valued my time, and resolved the underlying problem. That's the kind of customer service that earns long term loyalty. I highly recommend them. Everything here was on point! I got a same-day appointment with zero hassle, and the whole experience was quick and very inexpensive. The staff and the eye examiner were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative while helping me choose my new glasses. I'm so glad I found them!
I love going here! I love all the fun staff that are here, and make it so much easier to pick out glasses without having a hassle. Everyone there is so nice, fun, and outgoing. I would definitely recommend going here!
The women at this location give exceptional customer service. I had a great experience myself and decided to make an appointment for my daughter as well.
