I’ve been a patient here for years and have always had a great experience. The family run business does an outstanding job. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. On my latest visit, they introduced me to the newly released Maui Jim optical frames, and I ended up finding a pair I absolutely love. From the kind lady who did the imaging to the doctor to the gentleman selling glasses, everyone was an absolute delight. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I wandered into SPECS one day while walking my dog knowing that I need some help seeing while driving at night. I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. Excellent care and experience from start to finish. The Dr was intelligent, kind and efficient. The whole office operates like a well oiled ship I was in and out in under half an hour for my exam. Had the best time working with Kaitlyn. Picking out my glasses took a little longer, her expertise and experience in helping someone who has never worn glasses went above and beyond. She took her time and very patiently worked with me to find a pair that suited my face, needs and personality perfectly.
